Born in Valencina (Sevilla) in 1953. He studied at the School of Arts and Crafts of Seville where he graduated in specialty ceramics. In 1979 collaborated in the creation of a ceramics workshop in the Picasso gallery of Menorca where he began his activity as a ceramist. Two years later he returns to Seville where she continued her training by attending courses of slips, raku, screen and wall. She has taught various courses and training programs FPO and Social Garanía Trabanca (Salamanca). As a member of the Association of Copper potters established in Seville in 1990, has participated in numerous group exhibitions until 1996.

The relationship of parts with known objects Manuel Jurado (cup, teapot) is explicit. In his stylized formal settings remain the most important of those, but the height and width on a larger scale and depth on a smaller scale, making them completely different. Is and is not container are its three-dimensional sculptures, are paintings of landscapes and textures of great delicacy and orientalism, are ceramic!
